<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the City Hall on the tenth day of August, 1992, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1992 assessment <br />roll for the following projects: <br /> <br />P-89-16 <br />P-89-17 <br />P-91-02-45 <br />ST-91-10 <br />P-91-02-56 <br />P-92-02-57 <br />P-91-02-68 <br />ST-91-08 <br />P-91-03 <br />P-ST-SS-91-04 <br /> <br />P-91-13 <br /> <br />Hamline Avenue, Larpenteur to County Road B, pavement <br />County Road B, Dale street to Rice street, pavement <br />Fairways Lane/Fulham area, pavement <br />Fairways Lane/Fulham area, storm sewer <br />Dellwood/Sandhurst/Sherren area, pavement <br />Burke/Draper/Lindy/Dellwood area, pavement <br />Alta Vista/Alameda/St. Albans area, pavement/watermain <br />Alta Vista/Alameda/St. Albans area, storm sewer <br />Skillman, Hamline to Lexington, pavement <br />Terrace Drive, Lincoln Drive west 1,000' <br />pavement and sanitary sewer <br />Albemarle Court south of County Road B, pavement <br /> <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as <br />directed by the Council on and reported that the assessment roll is now <br />on file in his office and open to pUblic inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka then introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8823 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the <br />proposed 1992 assessment roll for the following projects: <br /> <br />P-89-16, P-89-17, P-91-02-45, ST-91-10, P-91-02-56, P-92-02-57 <br />P-91-02-68, ST-91-08, P-91-03, P-ST-SS-91-04, P-91-13 <br /> <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail <br />notices that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments <br />on September 14, 1992, at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in the <br />City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The notices shall state the date, time, and place of the meeting, the <br />general nature of said improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, <br />
