<br />Extract of Minutes of [\leeting of the VillagE Council <br />Vi Hage of Roseville, County of Ramsey <br />State of Ivlinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regulG r meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey (ounty, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexingtor Avenue, St. Paul, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on Ivlonday, the 21st day of September, 1964, at 7:30 P.i,l., <br /> <br />The following members were present: dayor Cedarholu, Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />~1d the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1046 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING REDHlPTION OF MUNI CIPAL <br />BUILDING P~VENUE BONDS <br /> <br />vVI-JEREAS $220,000 municipal building revenue bond::; were issued <br /> <br />to finance a municipal liquor dispensary building, said i3sue maturing <br /> <br />$5,000 in 1957 through 1961; $10,000 in 1962 through 1967; $15,000 in <br /> <br />1968 through 1972; and $20,000 in 1973 through 1975; and providing that <br /> <br />bonds maturing in the years 1973 through 1975 may be callab Ie on <br /> <br />November 1, 1960 or any interest payment date thereafter; and all other <br /> <br />bonds of said issue maturing after November 1, 1965, will be subj ect to <br /> <br />redemption and prior payment on November 1, 1965, or any interest payment <br /> <br />date thereafter; all in inverse order of serial nuniliers at par and accrued <br /> <br />interest plus a premium equal to one year's interest on such bond at the <br /> <br />coupon rate of four percent (4g,,) for the year immediately following the <br /> <br />date of redemption; <br />
