EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 28, 1964 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * . * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 28, 1964, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. and the fOllowing were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1047 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT 64-2, WESTERN SLOPES ADDITION AND OWASSO DALE ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution by the Council on April 6, 1964, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of streets in the Western Slopes Addition and Owasso Dale Addition by grading and placement of base material and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved; 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such an improvement under such approved plans and specifi- cations. The advertisement shall be published for 10 days and shall specify the work to be done, shall state that the bids shall be opened and considered by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on October 12, 1964, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids shall be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for ten percent of the amount of such bid.
