EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF Ttlli VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. RAMSEY COUNTY. STATE OF MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e. Ramsey County. Minnesota. was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue. St. Paul. Minnesota. on Monday. the 28th day of September. 1964. at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: r-1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1052 RESOLUTION TERMINATING CONTRACT WITH VILLAGE OF SAINT ANTHONY FOR MUNICIPAL WATER SERVICE WtlliREAS. the Village Council for the Village of Roseville passed Resolution Number 946 on April 20. 1964. entering into an agreement with the Village of St. Anthony for provision of municipal water to a portion of Rosevi lle ; AND WHEREAS. said agreement provided for termination of the agreement by the Village of Rosevi1le by adoption of a resolution to that effect by the Village Council for the Village of Roseville thirty (30) days prior to the date of termination; NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Minnesota. that the agreement between the Village of Roseville and Village of Saint Anthony affected by Re~olution Number 946 be terminated October 28, 1964, or earlier. if agreeable with the Village of Saint Anthony. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
