<br />Widening of County Roa~ S, Pascal Avenue to Snelling Avenue <br />Street Improvement <br /> <br />Long Lake Road, County Road B-2, St. Croix Street Street <br />Improvement <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.5 <br /> <br />were scheduled for October 12, 1964 and legal notices were <br />published and mailed notices given to the affected property <br /> <br />owners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the County lI.ud i tor's off ice of Ramsey County require s <br />certification of assessment rolls by October 15 of all proposed <br />assessments which are required to be levied and collected in <br />the ensuing year in order for that office to perform its <br />procedural duties in connection therewith, and <br />\!VHEREAS no other suitable date? was practically available, <br />and other important villagp. business normally conducted at <br />regular meetings must be disposed of, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE be it r~solved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville that the Council meeting on October 12, <br />1964 was necessary to be held and the Council hereby in its <br />discretion deems it so, and makes this declaration of policy <br />and determination in accordance with M.S. 645.44, Subd. 4 <br />and in accordance with the interpretation thereof by various <br />Attorney General's opinions and Court decisions. <br /> <br />The mot inn fo~. the adoption of <br />was duly sec~)n'.:~ed by_~ <br /> <br />the foregoing resolution <br />~~, and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken ther2on, the following voted in favor thereof :~~ <br />and the following voted against the same:~~ ~ <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
