EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of August, 1992 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. JOhnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8825 RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT WHEREAS, the City Council held a public to determine whether or not said drainage easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, because storm sewer improvements have been provided in the area, the necessity for the easement has been eliminated; and WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said drainage easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage easement over the property described as follows: .. LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 5 ED BOSSARD'S ROSE ACRES NO.2 The motion for the adoption of the seconded by Member , and upon following vote in favor thereof: and the following foregoing resolution was duly a vote being taken thereon, the voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
