It is hereby found and determined by th: s Council <br />that the foregoing amendment is just and equitab:e to said <br />proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair aSSE ssment for <br />payment of the cost of said improvement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoin~ resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by <br /> <br />Trult.. Ckau.l <br /> <br />_, and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />all <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />--------Iz~.t.__GoodaicA------- then introdLced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND <br />CONF IRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVE- <br />MENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-: <br />AND 64-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper.and necessary to be sp~cially <br />assessed at this time for Consolidated water impr)vements <br />numbered 62-2. 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6, against ever{ assessable <br />lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly <br />calculated upon the basis of benefits, without re~ard to cash <br />valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Nlnnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and notice has been duly plblished, as <br />required by law, that this Council would meet to 1ear, consider <br />and pass upon all objections, if any, and said pr)posed assess- <br />ment has at all times since its filing been open ;or public <br />inspection, and an opportunity has been given to ~ll interested <br />persons to present their objections, if any, to slch proposed <br />assessments and said proposed assessment has been amended as <br />
