<br />as to certain parcels of land, by resolution duly a( opted this date. <br /> <br />2. This Council, having heard and considere( all objections <br />so presented, and being fully advised in the prerlises, finds <br />that each of the lots, pieces and parcels of lanc enumerated <br />in the proposed assessment as so amended was and is specially <br />benefited by the construction of said improvemeni in not less <br />than the amount of the assessment set opposite tle description <br />of each such lot, piece and parcel of land, respEctively, and <br />such amount so set out is hereby levied against Each of the <br />respective lots, pieces and parcels of land therEin. <br /> <br />3. The proposed assessments as amended are ~ereby adopted <br />and confirmed as the proper special assessments for each of <br />said lots, pieces and parcels of land respectiveJy, and the <br />assessment against each parcel, together with interest at the <br />rate of 5% per annum accruing on the full amount thereof from <br />time to time unpaid, shall be a lien concurrent ~ith general <br />taxes upon such parcel and all thereof. The total amount of <br />each such assessment shall be payable in equal arnual principal <br />installments extending over a period of twenty (~~) years, the <br />first of said installments, together with interest on the entire <br />assessment from the date hereof to December 31, l~65, to be <br />payable with general taxes for the year 1964, collectible in <br />1965, and one of each of the remaining installments, together <br />with one year's interest on that and all other unJaid install- <br />ments, to be payable with general taxes for each :onsecutive <br />year thereafter until the entire assessment is paid. <br /> <br />4. Prior to certification of the assessment to the <br />County Auditor, the owner of any lot, piece or parcel of land <br />assessed hereby may at any time pay the whole of ;uch assess- <br />ment, with interest to the date of payment, to th~ Village <br />Treasurer, but no interest shall be charged if su=h payment is <br />made within 30 days after the date of this resolu:ion. <br /> <br />5. The Village Clerk shall, as soon as may b~, prepare <br />and transmit to the County Auditor a certified du)licate of <br />the assessment roll, with each installment and in:erest on <br />each unpaid assessment set forth separately, to b! extended <br />upon the proper tax lists of the County, and the c;ounty Auditor <br />shall thereafter collect said assessments in the :,anner provided <br />by 1 aw . <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing :~esolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by h~L..S.lU..f!~__, and upon "ote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor therellf: All <br />
