EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- ta was duly held on the 24th day of August, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. The following member~ were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnsonand the follow~ng were absent: None. Member Thomas adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION 8826 RESOLU"l'IOR SUBllIftDfG PROPOSED PROPER'l'Y TAX LEVY OR REAL ES'l'ATE TO THE RAMSEY COURTY AUDITOR TO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1993 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. Johnsonand upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
