<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD October 19, 1964 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on October 19, 1964 , at <br />7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor CeJarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following <br />Resolu tion and roved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1071 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hours of work, type of uniform and <br />general orders to the Roseville Police Department should be <br />made by the Roseville Chief of Police, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Resolution 684 of the Village of Roseville is <br />hereby repealed in its entirity. <br /> <br />2. The Chief of Police of the Village of Roseville <br />shall determine all hours of duty, type of uniform to be <br />worn and all other general regulations for the Police Depart- <br />ment of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley , and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, all members were in favor <br />of the same and no one voted against the resolution. <br />
