<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of August, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8827 <br /> <br />Final acceptance 1991 Contract A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on <br />April 22, 1991, T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. of North st. Paul has <br />satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 1991 Contract <br />A including Pavement Management Program street reconstruction in <br />Neighborhoods 56 and 45, installation of storm sewer in Neighborhood 45, <br />construction of Albemarle Court, and Villa Park/B-Dale Men's Club <br />parking lot construction. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under saiq contract is <br />hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson, <br />and V.
