<br />BXTRACT OF MINUTBS OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSBVILLB <br />RAMSBY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of August, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8828 <br /> <br />Final acceptance 1991 Contract B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on <br />April 22, 1991, T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. of North st. Paul has <br />satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 1991 Contract <br />B including Pavement Management Program street reconstruction in <br />Neighborhood 68 and the installation of storm sewer in Neighborhood 68. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is <br />hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manger of the City of <br />Roseville, county of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th day of <br />August, 1992, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 24th day of August, 1992. <br /> <br />SEA L <br /> <br />~C- <br />
