<br />/( ~(J 1.4.-/ /' " /~ <br />/VYI -./ 1c:J 7~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Counc il <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held November 16, 1964 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meet- <br />ing of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, <br />the 16th day of November, 1964 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: CBdarholm, <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Manager, <br />Liebenow <br />Peter S. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Richard W. Turnlund, Village <br />Robert Bell, village attorney, Roger Short and Will <br />of Banister Engineering Co., village engineers; and <br />Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was re-opened <br /> <br />from Satu~day, November 14, 1964 for the consideration of <br /> <br />objections to proposed supplemental assessments, reassessments <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Water <br /> <br />Improvement No. 63-~. <br /> <br />After everyone was given an opportunity of discussing <br />the proposed assessments, reassessments, and supplemental assess- <br />ments, and presenting oral or written objections thereto, <br /> <br />Goodrirh <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br />
