EXTRACT OF rlITJUTES OF flEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, STATE OF ~.lINNESOTA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursucmt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Vi 11age Council of the Village of Rosevi 11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on r,10nday, November 16, 1964, at 7:30 P.I..1. The following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: ;~one Trustee Curley introduced the follmving resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1093 ORDERING FEASI BILITY P.EPORT ON STORM SEWERS ON GRANDVIEW AND lVESTERN AVENUES WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Western Avenue between Bismarck Avenue and County Road B-2 and County Road B-2 between Western Avenue and Cohansey Street by installation of storm drainage faciIi ties, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnes ota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 NOW TllEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Counci 1 of the Village of Roseville, 1Iinnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering Company, 310 North Snelling Avenue, St. Paul 4, Hinnesota, and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary \vay as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible ane a.s to whether it should best be made as proposed in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution \<las duly seconded by Trustee Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all present voted in favor thereof. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and a.dopted.
