<br />EXTRACT OF rlITJUTES OF flEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, STATE OF ~.lINNESOTA <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursucmt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Vi 11age Council of the Village of Rosevi 11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on r,10nday, November 16, 1964, at 7:30 P.I..1. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: ;~one <br /> <br />Trustee Curley introduced the follmving resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1093 <br /> <br />ORDERING FEASI BILITY P.EPORT ON STORM <br />SEWERS ON GRANDVIEW AND lVESTERN AVENUES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Western Avenue between <br />Bismarck Avenue and County Road B-2 and County Road B-2 between <br />Western Avenue and Cohansey Street by installation of storm drainage <br />faciIi ties, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnes ota Statutes, <br />Sections 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />NOW TllEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Counci 1 of the <br />Village of Roseville, 1Iinnesota: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering <br />Company, 310 North Snelling Avenue, St. Paul 4, Hinnesota, and they are <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising <br />the Council in a preliminary \vay as to whether the proposed improve- <br />ment is feasible ane a.s to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution \<las duly <br />seconded by Trustee Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all <br />present voted in favor thereof. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and a.dopted. <br />
