<br />"-~~~'U""'Fl <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held January 22, 1957 <br /> <br />:#- //b <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said <br />Village on the 22nd day of January, 1957, at f:tl' P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />H ~ 'fY; V'A t',,'l"' !;,.t.",ot'. <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUfION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.1, PROJECT S 7 AND 8. <br /> <br />WHEREA$, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br /> <br />Council on December 30, 1955, the Banister Engineering Company, <br />consulting engineers retained for this purpose~, has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Projects 7 and 8 of Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement No. 1 of said village and has presented such plans <br />and specifications to the Council for approval, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br /> <br />H1 <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications for Projects 7 and 8 of <br />said Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 are hereby approved and <br />ordered placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk and <br />are made a part hereof. <br /> <br />, <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official newspaper of the Village and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specifications for <br />Projects 7 and 8.
