<br />-, <br />/'7 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday, the <br />7:30 <br />7th day of December , 196.L at 8lR o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br />and the following were absent; None <br /> <br />Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELP.TING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Boseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Boll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. l as last <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along wi tb real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
