M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br /> <br />Member Shie Ids <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING ro APFORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIJI..TING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Boseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows; <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Boll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. -l- as last <br />finally amended and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on NOvember 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along wi. th real estate taxes cOIlmlending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />wm:REAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
