<br />/.ih <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of lbseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M::mday, the 7th <br />7=30 <br />day of December , 196 ~ at s.:ee 0' clock P .M" <br /> <br />The follOwing members were present: <br />Grauel, Goodrich, and Shields <br />and. the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br /> <br />Hember Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No" -1.lQ.2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING rro APPORTIOJ:ilMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally <br />- I <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Oct. 4, 1957 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held ou <br /> <br />July 11, 1958 and ad~urned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. .l:.... were amended as provided by said resolution of said date <br />and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Sept. 5, 1958 and <br />
