<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the city <br />Hall in said city on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of August, 1992, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Maschka introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8830 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1993 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />Neighborhoods 62, 66, 59, 60, 58, 52, and 53 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of <br />various neighborhoods in the City and has tentatively selected <br />neighborhoods for inclusion in the 1993 Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville <br />described below by one or more of the following installations: <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, bituminous <br />overlay, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota statutes, section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />62 -- Burke Avenue, Lexington Avenue to cul-de-sac <br />Parker Avenue, Lexington Avenue to Victoria street <br /> <br />66 -- Parker Avenue, Victoria Street to Avon Street <br />Avon Street, Parker Avenue to County Road B <br /> <br />59 -- Huron Avenue, Ruggles Street to Roselawn Avenue <br />Dellwood Avenue, Ruggles Street to Roselawn Avenue <br /> <br />60 -- Autumn Street, Fernwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br />Summer Street, Fernwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br />Ruggles Street, Fernwood Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br />Garden Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue <br />Roma Avenue, Dellwood Avenue to Dunlap Street <br />Dionne Street, Dunlap Street to Lindy Avenue <br />Dellwood Avenue, Roma Avenue to Garden Street <br />Lindy Avenue, Dionne Street to Garden Street <br />
