<br />62-1 <br /> <br />..\;:; <br /> <br />Extract of Minutesof Meeting of tm <br />Village Council <br />Village of Rosevi1le <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />7th <br /> <br />day of December <br /> <br />, 196~_, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and too following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1108 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Counc il of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement 62-1 as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on <br /> <br />Oct. 14, 1963 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor <br /> <br />of Rams ey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date B_ num1:er of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property <br /> <br />owners and <br />
