EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of August, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. councilperson P. Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8831 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-92-26 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the installation of an ornamental street light on Heinel Drive at the end of the cul-de-sac being constructed as part of the 1992 PMP project, filed with the City Council on August 14, 1992, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statute, section 429.035 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition is hereby referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: Thomas. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
