<br />-2- <br /> <br />2) If the state legislature determines that a metropolitan <br />sanitary district is untimely, the Ramsey County League of <br />Municipalities be urged to support the formation of sanitary <br />district comprised of the City of St. Paul and its presently <br />and potentially tributary suburban areas as an equitable <br />method of providing sanitary sewer service to the area involved; <br /> <br />3) If both of these bases for the formation of sanitary districts <br />prove unacceptable to the state legislature, the Ramsey County <br />County League of Municipalities be urged to support the creation <br />of a legislative study group for further investigation into <br />the composition and financing of sanitary districts; <br /> <br />4) The Ramsey County League of Municipalities exclude the Village <br />of Roseville from any proposed legislation submitted to the <br />Legislature in 1965, providing for the formation of a sanitary <br />district on a basis different from the two mentioned in <br />paragraphs 1 and 2. <br /> <br />5) The Village Clerk be directed to forward certified copies of <br />this resolution to the following organizations and individuals: <br /> <br />The Ramsey County Municipal League, State Senator Claude Allen, <br />State Representative Robert Ashbach and the Water Pollution <br />Control Commission. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />lmEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RN~SEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified clerk of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the 14th <br />day of December, 1964, with the original on file in my office, and the <br />same is a full, true and complete transcript thereof insofar as the same <br />relates to a resolution regarding establishment of sanitary district. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the <br />Village of Roseville this 15th day of December, 1964. <br /> <br />;F?L~~~ <br /> <br />Clerk' <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
