<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Council of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Coun- <br /> <br />cil of the Village of B::>seville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Vil- <br /> <br />lage Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M::>nday, the twenty- <br /> <br />first day of December, 1964, at 7:30 olclock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />:\lember Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1123 <br /> <br />RESO WTION RELATING 'ro ACCEPTANCE OF <br />WREN ROAD <br /> <br />from Cleveland Avenue to cul-de-sac <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A1f B. IDrentzen, as developer, has platted IDren Acres No. 1 and <br /> <br />therein dedicated a certain street known as Loren B::>ad, and pursuant to certain <br /> <br />provisions of Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause to <br /> <br />be graded and stabilized said street within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />WREN ROAD, from Cleveland Avenue to the cul-de-sac, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A1f B. IDrentzen has filed and also made his request for approval and <br /> <br />the final acceptance of said street by the Villageof Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHE:REAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street and filed <br /> <br />his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been oompleted <br /> <br />in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends the <br /> <br />acceptance of said street by the Village. <br />
