<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of lbseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 21st <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: tlayar Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel lli1d Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: :1one <br /> <br />-jemher Sh:i e 1 ds introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1125 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING 'ro AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSME:NTS <br />RELATING 'ro ROAD IMPROVEMENT ON IDNG LAKE ROAD, COUNTY ROAD B?, ST. CROIX STREET <br />(Road Improvement 63-37) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />iiHEREAS, the assessment roll for Road Improvement 63-37 as finally amended and <br /> <br />adopted on October 12, 196~, was certified to the County Auditor of Re~sey County and <br /> <br />IfHERBAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the <br /> <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold <br />
