<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />HELD DECEMBER 21, 1964. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village cf Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 21, 1964 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Goodrich, Grauel, Curley and Shields; <br /> <br />and no one was absent. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br />Re solution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1126 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />has determined that it would be in the best interests of the Village to <br />terminate the operation of the on-sale liquor store now being operated <br />by the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS this determination was made upon competent <br />evidence determining that insufficient earnings had been made by said <br />store; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it would be in the best interests of the Village <br />to sell the property upon which the store now exists and return the <br />property to tax-paying property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colonial Furniture Company has indicated <br />a willingness to buy an option on said premises, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
