That the prepayments of the Minnesota Transfer P:l.Ic,ad <br />Company in the above amounts is hereby deemed and determined OJ <br />the village to have been timely received, without interest pena.t',- <br />to be assessed, and that said assessment shall be marked "prepaid" <br />and the County Auditor shall not be required to extend said 255.":,5- <br />ment for collection as provided in said assessment resolution, <br />assessment roll, and certificate of transmittal. <br /> <br />2.
