That the prepayments of the Minnesota Transfer P:l.Ic,ad Company in the above amounts is hereby deemed and determined OJ the village to have been timely received, without interest pena.t',- to be assessed, and that said assessment shall be marked "prepaid" and the County Auditor shall not be required to extend said 255.":,5- ment for collection as provided in said assessment resolution, assessment roll, and certificate of transmittal. 2. That the village manager is directed to send a cer-' tified copy of this resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey ~ounty and the Machine Accounting Division of Ramsey County to effectuate the foregoing, and the Ramsey County Auditor is her€DY directed and authori:zed to proceed in accordance herewit h and a) provided herein and to remove said assessments heretofore cer- tified by the Council to him as to the foregoing above described parcel numbers.
