<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State ct' Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North I.exington Avenue, St. PaUl, Minnesota, on ~nday, <br /> <br />the 4th day of January, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />r:lt.le following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1131 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPrANCE OF <br />SANITARY SEWER <br />at Fairview and Bruce Avenues <br />(Project No. 64-24) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the McGough Construction Company, Incorporated, as developer, has <br /> <br />made an agreement with the Village of Roseville to construct a Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />at Fairview ani Bruce Avenues, and pursuant to said Agreement, has undertaken to <br /> <br />construct or cause to be constr.ucted and has duly filed his deposit for the com- <br /> <br />pletion of construction of said Sanitary Sewer as follows: <br /> <br />in Bruce Avenue, from a point near tbe west side of <br />Fairview Avenue to the manhole 125 feet east thereof, <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the McGough Construction Company, Incorporated, as developer, <br /> <br />has filed and also made known his request for the approval and the final ac- <br /> <br />ceptance of said Sanitary Sewer by the Village of Ibseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE Village Engineer has examined and inspected said Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer and filed bis certificate indicating that the construction of said Sani- <br />
