CROIX STREET <br />(!bad Jinprovement 63-37) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of !bseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll fer ROAD IMPROVEMH:NT 63-37 as finally amended and <br /> <br />adopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the <br /> <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold <br />
