<br />Extract of ~nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of PDseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of N[nnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~nnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, <br /> <br />N[nnesota, on M:>nday the eleventh day of January, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goomrich, ~rauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1133 <br /> <br />ACCEPrING THE CONSTRUCTION FOR SANITARY SEWER EX'I'ENTION <br />on <br />SANDY HOOK DRIVE and LITrIE BAY ROAD <br />(Proj. 64-32) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owasso Shores, IncorPOrated, as owner and developer, has entered <br /> <br />into an Agreement with the Village of PDseville to install or construct Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer in Sandy HOok Drive and Little Bay Road in Owasso Shores subdivision , and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Owasso Shores, Incorporated has filed and also made his/their <br /> <br />request for final acceptance of said sanitary Sewer by the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer bas filed his Certificate indicating that the <br /> <br />construction of said Sanitary Sewer has been completed in accordance with all <br /> <br />the requirements of tbe Agreement and recommends tbe acceptance of said Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer by the Village. <br />
