Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council, Village of Roseville County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall. 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 11th day of January, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich. Grauel and Shields. and none were absent. Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1134 WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution dated October 19, 1964, classified as nonconservation land certain parcels lying within the limits of the Village of Roseville; and WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. 1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the land shown on said list as nonconservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and BE IT FURTHER ImSOLVED That the Village Clerk be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
