EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the fourteenth day of September, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8834 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT, ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, SS-92-20, THEREFORE UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 WHEREAS, by resolution adopted May 26, 1992, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement SS-92-20, renovations of the Galtier and DalejOwasso sanitary sewer lift stations. WHEREAS, the Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as SS-92-20. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE: 1. The feasibility report for project SS-92-20 is hereby received. 2. The City Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. 3. The City's consultant, TKDA and Associates of st. Paul, is designated as the engineer for the project and they are directed to prepare and submit to the council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Thomas and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
