<br />'{ <br /> <br />63~3 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of' Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereofj a regular meeting of' the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota,? was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />HaJJ. at 2701 North ~x1ngton Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M:mday, the 18th <br />} .5( <br />day of January, 196.1" at &:eo o~clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ <br /> <br />::ayor Cedarholm, Tru.stGes Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />1ler;-her Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1140 <br /> <br />RESOWTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota.9 <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement 63-3 as finally amend.ed <br /> <br />and adopted on <br /> <br />Oct. 14, 1963 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WBEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners <br /> <br />and, <br />
