M. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ <br /> <br />nayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />rlember Shie Ids <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. --1141 <br /> <br />RESOllJTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RElATING ro S.ANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of PDseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as followsg <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Nov. 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previOUS assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ was beld on <br /> <br />]):c. 6, 1960 <br /> <br />at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ <br /> <br />were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office <br /> <br />of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />Dec. 29 J 1960 <br /> <br />and <br />
