<br />EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF 1HE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JANUARY 18, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br /> <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 18, 1965, at <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1144 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Certain petitions, attached hereto, requesting improvements <br />on the following described real property filed with the Council on <br />January 18, 1965, are hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of property owners of property effected thereby. This de- <br />claration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br />Said legal property is described as follows: <br /> <br />All in Section 2, T. 29, R. 23 except part in S 19 acres of Gov't. <br />Lots; part SEly of Railway R/W of said Gov't. Lot 5. <br /> <br />Subject to Co. Road "C" and 33 ft. roadway easement and except E. <br />264 ft. of S 330 ft.; part of S 19 acres of Gov't. Lot 5 Sly of <br />N.P. Railway R/W. <br /> <br />Subject to road; the W 200 ft. of S 330 ft. of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4. <br /> <br />Subject to Dale St.; part of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 Nly of a <br />line run Wly 692.65 ft. from a point on East line of and 678.56 <br />ft. north from SE corner of SE 1/4 to a point 680.28 ft. north of <br />South line of said 1/4 1/4. <br /> <br />Lot 15, A.
