<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 18, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Raseville, Minnesota <br />was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />January 18, 1965, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and <br />Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1146 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been a shift in personnel from the <br />Village Administrative Department to the Village Finance Department, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) shall <br />be transferred from the Village Administrative Department General Fund <br />to the Village Finance Department General Fund. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields , and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, all members voted in favor of the same, and <br />no one voted against the resolution. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
