<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North I.exington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M?nday, the first <br />7:30 <br />day of February, 196.2,; at ~oiclock P.M. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Cur ley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />Menber Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. .-.lll7 <br /> <br />BESOLUTION BELATING rro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT BESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. .1:... as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Oct. 4, 1957 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ was held On <br />J~y 11, 1958 and ad~urned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. l were amended as provided by said resolution of said date <br /> <br />and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Sept. 5, 1958 and <br />
