Trustees Curley. <br />Goodrich. Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent; None <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11S 1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIJI.TING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. ~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. -l- as last <br />finally amended. and adopted on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified. to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along wi to real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
