EXTRACT OF MINUTBS OF MEBTING .OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSBVILLB RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of September, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8836 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. M-92-28 PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners of the real property abutting the alley from Western Avenue easterly approximately 300 feet in the City of Roseville requesting that the Council pave the alley lying easterly of Western Avenue and southerly of S. McCarrons Boulevard in Rolling Green and requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed against their property with the understanding that petitioning properties would be fully responsible for all future maintenance of the alley; and WHEREAS, the city's contractor for 1992 Pavement Management Program Contract A is presently working in this area and could construct this alley in 1992; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owner of all property affected by said requested improvement in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.031, Subd. 3. 2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. 3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
