<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TtIE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HELD ON FEBRUARY 8, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, February 8, 1965, <br />at 7:30 P.M. The following were present: M C d hIT <br />ayor e ar 0 m, rustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1159 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that the street hereinafter described should be <br />designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville that the road described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />North Albert Street from County Road "B" to Connnerce Street <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State <br />Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br />Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval <br />of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, <br />improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of <br />Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street <br /> <br />Adopted: February 8, 1965 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br />
