EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TtIE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HELD ON FEBRUARY 8, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, February 8, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following were present: M C d hIT ayor e ar 0 m, rustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1159 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the road described as follows, to wit: North Albert Street from County Road "B" to Connnerce Street be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street Adopted: February 8, 1965 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None
