<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY IS, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof I a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 15, <br />1965 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Cur ley <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1163 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council deems that it is in the best <br />interests of the Village of Roseville that a crossing at grade be <br />established at the intersection of County Road B-2 and the main line <br />of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company tracks which lie on County <br />Road B-2 between its intersections of St. Croix Street and Walnut <br />Street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That theRailroad and Warehouse Commission of the State of <br />Minnesota issue an order opening the grade railroad crossing at the <br />following point: <br /> <br />County Road B-2 between St. Croix Street and Walnut <br />Street at its intersection with the main line of the <br />Minnesota Transfer Railway Company tracks. <br />
