EXTRACT OF ;"m~UTES OF ~lEETING OF mE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA, HELD ON MARCH 8, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was (luly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on l/londay, the 8th clay of March, 1965 at 7: 30 0' clock P .1'1. 'TIle following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shie Ids and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution illld moved its adoption. KESOLUTION NO. 1167 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT iVHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that area of the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is shown as Area 1 on the attached plan entitled Storm Drainage Study for Rosevi11e, Minnesota, Alternate Plan, prepared by the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, ~tinnesota, under date of Febnlary 25, 1965, which is made a part hereof, by installing a storm drainage system in said area and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to MSA Section 429.011 to 429.111. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, for study and that they be instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
