<br />EXTRACT OF ;"m~UTES OF ~lEETING OF mE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA, HELD ON MARCH 8, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was (luly held <br /> <br />in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, <br /> <br />on l/londay, the 8th clay of March, 1965 at 7: 30 0' clock P .1'1. <br /> <br />'TIle following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution illld <br /> <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />KESOLUTION NO. 1167 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />iVHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that area of the Village of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is shown as Area 1 <br />on the attached plan entitled Storm Drainage Study for Rosevi11e, Minnesota, <br />Alternate Plan, prepared by the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, <br />~tinnesota, under date of Febnlary 25, 1965, which is made a part hereof, <br />by installing a storm drainage system in said area and to assess the <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to MSA Section 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: That the proposed improvement be <br />referred to the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, for study <br />and that they be instructed to report to the council with all convenient <br />speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />
