EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of September, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Maschka introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8837 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, WEWERS ROAD/RICE STREET AREA, ST-92-27 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the needs for stormwater drainage in the area of Wewers Road and Rice Street in the city of Roseville¡ and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the area of Wewers Road and Rice Street by installing a local storm sewer drainage system and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429¡ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works Director for study, and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
