<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the city <br />Hall in said city on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of September, 1992, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Maschka introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8837 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, <br />WEWERS ROAD/RICE STREET AREA, ST-92-27 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the needs for stormwater drainage <br />in the area of Wewers Road and Rice Street in the city of Roseville¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the area of Wewers Road and Rice <br />Street by installing a local storm sewer drainage system and to assess <br />the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429¡ <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study, and he is instructed to report to the Council with <br />all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, <br />and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
