EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TUE VILLAGE COUNCIL Of ROSE VILLE, MINNESOTA, HEW ON i'1ARCH 8, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rose"ille, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of March, 1965 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: ilayor Cedarholm, Trustees Cur ley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1168 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATIOI"l OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that area of the Vi llage of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is shown as Area 2 on the attached plan entitled Storm Drainage Study for Roseville, Minnesota, Alternate Plan, prepared by the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, under date of February 25, 1965, which is made a part hereof, by installing a storm drainage system in said area and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the im'J?rovement, pursuant to MSA Section 429.011 to 429.111. NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, ['.linnesota, for study and that they be instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whetiler it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other imnrovement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recoJi'J11ended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by [/lember Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the followin~ voted in favor thereof: All present
