EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON tvJl\.RCH 8, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of Marcil, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Memb er Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1169 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT iVHEHEAS, it is proposed to improve that area of the Village of Roseville, County of Ran~ey, State of ~tinnesota, which is shown as Area 3 on the attached plan entitled Storm Drainage Study for Roseville, Minnesota, Alternate Plan, prepared by the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, ~linnesota, under date of February 25, 1965, which is made a part hereof, by installing a storm drainage system in said area and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to MSA Section 429.011 to 429.111. NOIv, THE HE FORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Counci 1 of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: That the proposed improvement be referred to the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, for study and that they be instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
