<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON tvJl\.RCH 8, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />Monday, the 8th day of Marcil, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Memb er <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1169 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />iVHEHEAS, it is proposed to improve that area of the Village of <br />Roseville, County of Ran~ey, State of ~tinnesota, which is shown as <br />Area 3 on the attached plan entitled Storm Drainage Study for Roseville, <br />Minnesota, Alternate Plan, prepared by the Banister Engineering Company, <br />St. Paul, ~linnesota, under date of February 25, 1965, which is made a <br />part hereof, by installing a storm drainage system in said area and to <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to MSA Section 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> <br />NOIv, THE HE FORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Counci 1 of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: That the proposed improvement be <br />referred to the Banister Engineering Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, for <br />study and that they be instructed to report to the council with all <br />convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />
