Cerp. L1mits to <br />No. Corp. L1mits and <br />WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of <br />Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as <br />5.P.6284-41 (T.H.35W=394) and <br />WHEl1EAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the <br />Department of Highw~~\ Sai t Paulrt.-Mi esota, being marked, labeled, and <br />'d t' f' d S P b6~~-4l T.H.37W-394, 111M. Pro · I 5W-3 66 116, <br />~ en ~ ~e as .. 28 1 T.H.b -, <br />which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications <br />for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964, on file in the office of <br />the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said <br />improvement of Trunk Highway Number. ~9; renumbered as Trunk Highway <br />Number ~~ ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so <br />marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the <br />Village Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- <br />after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to <br />mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the <br />foregoing recitals pa:rticularly identified and described. <br />
