<br />Form 2523 (4-62) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />~r / / 7 .3 <br /> <br />At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Vill~e <br />of Roseville duly held on the/S ~day of /;?~, 19...2i-, the follow- <br />ing Resolution was offered by ;?;?~ ~ <br />seconded by ~z./"...eA-/ ~. /~ to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special <br />provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk <br />Highway Number ,94 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 1~~ within the <br />corporate limits of the Villageof Roseville from the <br />0.6 Miles Hest of Cleveland Avenue t{ <br /> <br />North Camarate Limits <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of <br />Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as <br />S.P. 6284-4~ (T.E. ~S=188) ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being ma~ked, labeled, and <br />identified as S.P. 6284-45 (T.E. 55=188) Minn. Pro;. I ,9W-, (66) 116 <br />which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications <br />for Highway Construction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the <br />Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve- <br />ment of Trunk Highway Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number <br />39vV ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans and special prov~s~ons as so marked, <br />la},eled and identified are also on file in the office of the Villae:e Clerk; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- <br />after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to <br />mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the <br />f~regoing recitals particularly identified and described. <br />
