EXTRACT OF ~lINlTfES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MARCl.l 22, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of tile Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22nd day of March, 1965, at 5:30 P.M. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Trustees Goodrich and Grauel and the following were absent: Mayor Cedarholm and Trustee Shields Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1176 WHEREAS, the Village Council at its regular meeting of March 15, 1965, passed Resolution No. 1175 establishing a public hearing on proposed storm sewer improvements 65-7, 65-8 and 65-9 for 7:30 P.M., April 22, 1965, at the Lexington Elementary School; and WHEREAS, the council cannot obtain use of the Lexington Elementary School facilities on April 22, 1965; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that said public hearing on proposed storm sewer improvements 65-7, 65-8 and 65-9 be changed to 7:30 P.M., April 21, 1965, at the Lexington Elementary School, 2151 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota; and that the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing of improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
