EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF '!HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 5, 1965 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 5th day of April, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following was absent: Mayor Cedarholm Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1179 A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON LORENTZEN ACRES NO. 2 PLAT BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. A Certain petition requesting improvement of Ryan Avenue between the west right-of-way line of Prior Avenue to a cul-de-sac approximatelY 450 feet west of the west right-of-way line of Prior Avenue by acquisition of necessary right-of-way, installatioo of sanitary and storm sewer, water main and street surfacing, together with curb and gutter, filed with the Council on AprilS, 1965, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declara- tion is made in conformance with Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the pro- posed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
