<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 5, 1965 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on AprilS, <br />1965, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Curley, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the following absent: Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1180 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Rosevi1le is dissatisfied with <br />M.S.A. Chapter 115.49, Subd. 4, Subd. 5 and Subd. 6; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville feels that the <br />procedure for establishing fair contracts between municipalities could <br />be simplified, <br /> <br />NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the attached proposed legislation, which is hereby <br />made a part of this resolution, is hereby recommended for adoption by <br />the Legislature of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Richard W. Turnlund, Manager of the Village of Roseville, <br />is hereby directed to send a copy of said proposed legislation and a <br />copy of this Resolution to Senator Claude H. Allen and to Senator <br />Robert O. Ashbach. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being held <br />thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
