It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the <br />foregoing amendments are just and equitable to said proposed <br />assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for paYment <br />of the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Thomas and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, <br />and V.
